Mark your calendars for this Friday, April 13 at 2pm EST, for my second episode of Knitty Gritty!

I think, like most things, this one is an improvement over the last season. The show will air on DIY and you WILL NOT want to miss it. It was a really fun episode to shoot. The producers/crew are always a blast. There is also a huge post coming on Friday which will blow your socks off. Can't wait for that. So for all 6 of my readers, just generally save the day on Friday....so much is happening. (I can't tell you EVERYTHING, now can I?) And no, I don't work for that store anymore. It's a good thing, trust me. I only say that because today my first episode aired on HGTV, and it credits that store because I used to teach there.
And TODAY at 2pm is Scout's episode. I'm even considering wearing a suit for this one. She's showing how to dye yarn, and all the tricks that go along with it! We've been talking about it for a month now, so I'm sooooo excited to see it. Knitty Gritty calls her a genius with dyeing yarn. Truly, she da bomb.
BOLO (be on the look out) is a police term usually referring to someone who's just done something wrong and they'll more than likely be in the immediate area looking to score again or flee the scene, etc. Well, I went to School Products today (again) and scored some really kick-ass cashmere in fingering/sport weight. (hey Iris - they have some more of that green) Two different greys, and NOW I NEED A PATTERN! So please be on the look out for me...help! Fair isle is cool, intarsia, in the round, whatever....I have 250 yards, so any advice would be appreciated. I just know it screams a two-color cashmere hat. Or not.
